Purchasing a Property

Trust a professional

We can assist you with your property purchase in a smooth and stress free manner. We strongly recommend that you seek our legal advice prior to signing any contract. We will make necessary amendments in order to protect your interest.

We will:

  • make a note of dates when all conditions are due

  • resolve any issues which arise from your building inspection

  • obtain disclosure statement (if purchasing a Unit or Townhouse)

  • check the title and plan of the land for any registered encumbrances including easements and caveats

  • check to see if there is any land tax owing on the property

  • do all other usual searches

We will:

  • inform you if these searches disclose any zoning and planning regulations or other restrictions affecting the property

  • check for any disputes or other charges affecting the unit or townhouse (body corporate)

  • prepare all documents and make sure you gain good title to the property you are buying

  • liaise with your financial provider, the seller’s solicitor and the real estate agent

  • resolve any issues which arise from your building inspection report
