obtain disclosure statement (if purchasing a Unit or Townhouse)
check the title and plan of the land for any registered encumbrances including easements and caveats
check to see if there is any land tax owing on the property
do all other usual searches
We will:
inform you if these searches disclose any zoning and planning regulations or other restrictions affecting the property
check for any disputes or other charges affecting the unit or townhouse (body corporate)
prepare all documents and make sure you gain good title to the property you are buying
liaise with your financial provider, the seller’s solicitor and the real estate agent
resolve any issues which arise from your building inspection report
